The Welder position is full time.
The work schedule is Monday thru Friday, 7:
00am to 3:
30pm for first shift and 3:
30pm to 12:
00am for second shift.
Overtime may be required.
We are looking for experienced people who know how to work in a team environment that can provide high quality performance.
This position produces metal racking systems using GMAW, and GTAW type welders; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned or requested.
Welding certification to AWSD 1.
1 Ability to maintain production and quality standards Ability to utilize welding equipment and processes specified by the Company.
Maintain and calibrate welding equipment.
Set-up two fixtures on both the blue and the orange side.
Generate a written report as required by the Company to document production activity.
Follow all Safety Procedures Ability To Follow Directions KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Blueprint Reading; Ability to read and interpret drawing for dimensions and weld patterns to determine quality adherence to engineering requirements.
Ability to read process, procedure and instruction manuals.
Math/Measuring; Demonstrate ability to Count, Add, Subtract fractions and decimals; Read a Tape Measure to 1/16 increments.
