The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include greeting guests upon arrival, seating them according to their preferences, and providing them with menus and information about the restaurant.
The successful candidate will be able to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and seat them at their tables.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with customers and staff.
Provide customers with menus and answer any questions they may have about the menu items.
Check identification of customers to ensure they meet the minimum age requirement for alcohol consumption.
Ensure that all tables are properly set up with silverware, condiments, and other items as needed.
Keep track of reservations and waitlists.
Keep track of customer seating preferences.
